Now in its fourth edition, the biennial confirms its experimental character by proposing to analyze and offer an unprecedented reading of ceramics: explore the convergences and collisions with the world of scientific research in order to generate scenarios with high artistic and poetic intensity. Art and science have long had similar purposes: to translate what is observed, be it visible or invisible, into an entity necessary to improve our lives, to modify relational systems, to create models to answer the questions to which art and science, from centuries, they try to answer. Organized by the Association of Contemporary Art & Cutlura, in collaboration with BACC Gallery and Frascati Scienza, with the patronage of the Municipality of Frascati, the 2020 edition presents artists who have worked in the sign of ceramics with works, groups of works or installations with an emphasis on clay, that are most representative of the value of their personal research.
